You may club this page with contact us or newsletter sign up page to avoid multiple navigations for the user.
  • A page on warranties, returns and replacements where you talk about the policy of replacement or repairing or troubleshooting the items you sell, is beneficial in 2 ways; one is it makes the buyer comfortable that he can handle the issue by himself if there’s any, and the next is it eases your time and effort to answers the customers who have bought the items from you. Help or electronic item support or repair yourself or whatever you name it, it is going to make you stand apart!
  • Shipping information page where you talk on your speed in shipping, which days you do the shipping, carriers you use, which all regions you cover, how you communicate with users on shipping status, costs and so, is one of the basics every estore should have.
