I knew our website needed an update ... then I receive this email from QeRetail saying they would be happy to perform a free mock-up. I did hesitate, but thought it was worth a go. Was so happy with the work Alex did I went with it. And cost was very reasonable. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I came across QeRetail by mere coincidence and I am really glad that I did. An email that arrived into my junk box caught my attention. Typically, I would block and then delete all emais that arrive into my Junk box. However, I was drawn to read this particular email ... which invited me to send for a free mck-up for a new design of my existing Shooify store. I had absolutely no plans to refurbish my website but, due to sheer boredom resulting from the covid isolation, I requested the free mockup. Because of the level of professionalism with which Stephanie Smith, the eCommerce expert, Matt Brown, the Marketing expert, and Hardy Clinto, the Developer, all interacted with me, I signed up for a facelift. In spite of this, I have to admit that I was somewhat apprehesnsive at first but Matt's calm demeanor, his patience with me and his willingness to offer his advice and suggestions just put me so much at ease. Now, I'm the proud owner of one of the best looking websites ever! Thank you guys!! You're the best!!

Most impressive was that when we submitted revision requests, they were adopted quickly and without any resistance. Having worked with web site designers many times over the years, this was truly the most enjoyable experience and we are delighted with the end result. Great re-vamp for my website! I had a great experience working with QeRetail. They contacted me about doing a re-design for my current website and I really loved their initial mockup. We went back and forth a few times tweaking various things, and now the site is live and I am very happy with it! They definitely made it more user friendly and more e-commerce friendly. They were fast in their responses and easy to work with! I would highly recommend them!

Very satisfied I had a great experience with this company. They contacted me with a very good deal to redesign my website, and at that time I was looking to do that so it was perfect timing. I had mockups but they also offered to improve them and I liked what they came up with so I went with it. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with.
