Plugin Terms and Conditions

All of our apps are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• 1.  While the Company endeavors to ensure and provide the best quality service, the Company does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this app.
• 2.  The app is free to use however, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or prices at any time without notice.
• 3.  The material in the help documentation and on our site is given "as is", with no conditions, guarantees or other terms of any sort.
• 4.  Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the company provides you with the access to the app on the basis that the company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill, but for this legal notice, might have effect in relation to the app or the service).
• 5.  You recognize that it is not possible to develop a Service which can function error-free in all situations.
• 6.  In no event whether in contract, tort or otherwise, we (including any of the Company’s officers, directors, employees, or agents) are not liable and responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the app in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the app.
• 7.  By activating the app, you acknowledge that we access the email address and URL of your site for marketing, advertising and analytic purposes.
• 8.  No personal data is collected without input by any of our apps
• 9.  If the app has field for inputting personal information, such as your name, email address, this data is used strictly to gain access to the features of the app and make them work (e.g. sending email notifications, and for logging in to the app)
• 10.  If the app has a front-end form that allows you to collect date of your users such as submit reviews, registrations than this data is used only for the purpose of the functionality within the app. This data will be stored in the Shopify database. None of the information will be stored on our server or shared with any third-party sources.
